I have flipped many views since 2019, but not those concerning death sentences. Yet I do have a couple of nuances to add.

1. It is morally acceptable to charge a criminal with a death sentence. But it can go thru only if he agrees to it.
2. Sociëty gains more by keeping madmen in jail rather than executing them—studying psychosis can help stave off new cases.
